All purchases made at the Buff 'n Blue Store benefit the students at Punahou.

Shipping and Handling
The Buff 'n Blue store ships most orders within 7 business days of the order being placed. Delivery to a U.S. address will generally take 3-5 days, although there is no guaranteed delivery date. The store uses the most cost-effective and timely shipping methods within the State of Hawai'i and to the Mainland.

Pick up at Punahou School
You may choose to pick up your purchase at the Punahou Bookstore, which is located at Dole Hall next to the Punahou Snack Bar above Rice (Middle) Field: Items will be ready for pickup five to seven business days after purchase. You will receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.

Bookstore Hours
Walk-in hours for the Bookstore during the regular school year are Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Check the Buff 'n Blue Store BLOG for up-to-date information on modified hours or closures. The online store accepts orders 24/7 year-round, but fulfillment of orders placed online may be subject to Bookstore closures.

Exchange Policy
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased, the Buff ‘n Blue store will exchange the unused, undamaged item for the same item in a different color or size within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of both return postage to the store, and subsequent postage to ship the new item back to you. You must contact the store (see below) regarding the cost of the postage to ship back to you.

Send the item to be exchanged to the Punahou Store with a note including your contact information, reason for exchange and what you would like to exchange it for.

In the unlikely event that the item you receive is not correct or found to be defective, you may exchange it for the correct item. Send the item to be exchanged with a note including your contact information and reason for return.
