Trademarks
Punahou School holds registered trademarks on logos/artwork of the Punahou seal, the Punahou "Winged 'O'", and the Hala Tree. The terms Punahou®, Buff 'n Blue™, Oahu College™, Sons of Oahu™ and Go Puns™ are also trademarked. The Buff 'n Blue Store/Punahou Bookstore is the ONLY store licensed to sell Punahou School merchandise.
Production and/or sales of Punahou School merchandise, or printed or digital use of the School's trademarks without written consent from Punahou School is prohibited by law.
Individuals (parents, coaches, etc.) who would like to produce apparel or other items using the school's marks must use a vendor from the approved vendor list. All designs must be approved by the Punahou School Communications Office prior to providing artwork to the vendor. Contact the Communications Office at communications@punahou.edu or 808.944.3585.
Vendors who wish to produce goods using any of the school's trademarks must be approved by the Punahou School Business Office. Contact Deborah Chang at djchang@punahou.edu or 808.944.5743.
