Store Pickup Instructions

Step 1: Select Store Pickup

At checkout, choose the Store Pickup option and place your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order, and then a “Your Order is Ready for Pickup” email once the item(s) is/are ready for pickup.

* We do our best to fulfill orders within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. However, please allow extra processing time for large orders and periods of high order volume (i.e. back-to-school, events/holidays, etc.).

Step 2: Ready for Pick Up

Once you receive a “Your Order is Ready for Pickup” email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation), you can head on over to the Buff ‘n Blue Store during business hours

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. You may also give the Buff 'n Blue Store a call at 808.944.5743 to check on your order status.

Step 3: What to Bring

  • Order #. You can find your order # in the confirmation and “Your Order is Ready for Pickup” emails.
  • Shopping bag(s). Due to local ordinances, we are unable to provide bags free of charge. Bags are available for purchase.

Step 4: Park. Visit the Buff ‘n Blue Store.

Visitors to the Buff ‘n Blue Store may park in the Sullivan parking lot during their visit.

Enter through the Main Gate at Wilder Ave. and Punahou St., then proceed along Chamberlain Drive to park in the Sullivan Visitor Parking Lot.

At the end of your visit, we ask that you not linger on campus. We appreciate your support as we transition to an open campus while at the same time keeping our Punahou ‘ohana safe.

Face masks: Face masks are required in both indoor and outdoor settings on Punahou’s campus. Please make sure you have a proper mask to wear during your visit.

For the health and safety of our Punahou community, we recommend all visitors perform a health check before coming on campus. If you have any of these symptoms, we strongly encourage you to stay home.
