Shipping and Handling
The Buff ’n Blue store ships most orders within 7 business days of the order being placed. Delivery to a U.S. address will generally take 3-5 days, although there is no guaranteed delivery date. The store uses the most cost-effective and timely shipping methods within the State of Hawai‘i and to the Continental U.S.

Buff 'n Blue Store Hours 
The campus store is open for in-store shopping. Store hours are as follows.

Check the Buff ’n Blue Store Announcements for up-to-date information on modified hours or closures. The online store accepts orders year-round, but fulfillment of orders placed online may be subject to Bookstore closures.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only on unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in its original condition with tags. Please email us to request an exchange within 30 days of your purchase (in-store) or your order's ship date. 

Refunds are not offered at this time.   

We are happy to offer customers an extended exchange window for the holiday season. Orders placed between November 15 and December 15, 2023 will be eligible for exchange until January 15, 2024.

Items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard 30-day policy.

All items that are noted FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange. 

Event Merchandise - All sales are final on event merchandise and are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange By Mail:

To authorize the exchange process, email us at buffnbluestore@punahou.edu, before shipping your merchandise back. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage to the store and subsequent postage to ship the new item back to you. 

Please include your contact and order information, reason for the exchange, and the new item(s) you are interested in. Someone will respond to process the exchange and shipping fee for the new item(s).

Exchanges will not be sent until the original purchased item has been received and its condition verified.
